Getting Started
Getting started is easy. Sign up at iqc223.com - you can connect your data and have health scores running in minutes.
iQcadence supports CSV import for bulk customer data. Navigate to Customers > Import, download the template CSV, fill in your customer records, and upload. The platform will validate your data and flag any issues before finalizing the import. You can also add customers manually or via the API.
iQcadence works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Chrome is recommended for the optimal experience. The platform is fully responsive and works on tablet devices as well.
Setup Guide
Go to Weights & Config to customize how health scores are calculated. The six signals (Login Frequency, Feature Adoption, Support Tickets, NPS/CSAT, Days Since Contact, Growth Signal) each have a configurable weight that must total 100. Adjust weights to reflect what matters most for your business.
In Weights & Config, scroll to Thresholds to define the score ranges for each health status: Critical, At Risk, Watch, Healthy, and Expansion. These thresholds determine how accounts are categorized on your dashboard and heatmap.
Configure Automations to receive alerts via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email when customers hit risk thresholds. Set up webhooks for custom workflows. The Friday List delivers your top priority actions each week.
Health Scoring
The health score is a weighted composite of multiple signals including NPS/CSAT, support ticket volume, feature adoption rate, login frequency, contract value, and engagement recency. Each signal contributes to the overall 0–100 score. The scoring engine combines these signals to produce a score that reflects genuine customer health rather than relying on any single metric.
Yes! You can customize the weight of each scoring signal to match your business priorities. For example, if feature adoption is more important than NPS in your model, you can increase its weight. You can also create multiple scoring profiles for different customer segments.
Health scores are color-coded for quick identification: Green (70–100) indicates healthy customers likely to renew and expand. Yellow (40–69) means the account needs attention - there may be declining engagement or unresolved issues. Red (0–39) signals at-risk accounts that require immediate intervention to prevent churn.
Scores update in real-time as new data flows in through integrations, or whenever you manually re-score an account. The dashboard and heatmap always reflect the latest scores. You can also trigger bulk re-scoring across your entire portfolio from the dashboard.
Integrations
Today, iQcadence integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, webhooks, and the REST API so you can start sending alerts and syncing data quickly. Deeper support integrations (Zendesk, Intercom) are on the roadmap - I’ll prioritize new connectors based on what early customers need.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Slack and click "Connect." You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize iQcadence. Once connected, you can configure which alerts get sent to which channels - for example, send churn risk alerts to #cs-alerts and renewal notifications to #revenue.
Billing & Plans
Once subscribed, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
I offer personalized demos where I walk you through the platform using your actual use case. Book a demo and I'll show you exactly how iQcadence can work for your CS team. I'm also open to pilot programs for qualifying organizations.
iQcadence accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoiced billing for annual Custom plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
